North Las Vegas is located just northeast of Las Vegas. With a population of about 245,000 in 2018, it is the fourth largest city in the state of Nevada. Referred to as “North Town” by locals, it was incorporated in 1946 and covers 101.4 square miles of land in Clark County.
North Las Vegas is located in the Mojave Desert therefore has a desert climate. It has mild winters and hot summers. On rare occasion we have had snow fall in the winter and summer monsoons can bring heavy rain storms. The hottest month is traditionally in July and the coldest month is typically December. We have come to expect around 300 days of sunshine here in the Las Vegas Valley as well.
With masterplanned communities, a diverse economy and expansive parks trails and amenities, North Las Vegas is one of the fastest growing cities In Nevada.
